His Name is Earl...

This one didn't exactly happen in the West End ,but it happened close enough , that it made to The Krackie-Tales. 


I am on my way back from Downtown ,on Forsythe , and This dude is crossing the street At Marietta Street. He is wearing a Red LumberJack coat with a matching hat., a pair of Puma sneakers on w/some Khaki pants. It was dark outside ,but i had plenty of time to observe this Kneegrow. He crossed the street so slow that i sat thru a red light and a green light waiting on him to cross. If any of you remember Tim Conway from the Carol Burnett Show and the Old Man ,whom would barely move his feet as he walked across the stage....LMAO!! This old man was the Black version of that character. I thought that they were filming a episode of the Walking Dead or something.

So as i sat there and laughed about how slow this brother was walking across the street ....i wrote this Blog Entry and just for that Earl has made it into Krackie-Tales...
